The new administrative policy released by Washington’s Department of Labor & Industry about the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act sheds light on the new job posting requirements and existing interpretations of the Act.
Effective January 1, 2023, employers with fifteen or more employees must provide a wage scale or salary range, plus information on benefits and other compensation in job postings.
