Jason R. Lee
Chief Executive Officer

Jason brings more than 20 years of experience in advocacy and nonprofit management. His background includes tenures as Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor to the President at the American Dental Education Association (ADEA) and Chief Advocacy and Strategy Officer at the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP). Lee holds a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School, a Master of Arts in English Literature from Binghamton University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Honors and Plan II Honors from The University of Texas at Austin.

Andrea Liford-Martinez
Director, Meetings & Education

Andrea joined HCAOA in June 2012, and currently serves as the Meeting and Education Manager. She is responsible for planning the Annual Leadership Conference, as well as HCAOA educational programming throughout the year. During her career as an event planner, Andrea has had the privilege of serving a variety of nonprofit organizations while working for SmithBucklin Corporation in Chicago, IL. She also had the opportunity to serve organizations such as Eli Lilly and the NCAA.

Malana Miner
Marketing & Communications Manager

Malana focuses on creating engaging content to utilize on HCAOA's online communities, social media, newsletters, email campaigns and more. Malana brings 7 years of experience in social media management, graphic design, and advertising in both nonprofit and for-profit spaces. Prior to joining HCAOA, she managed the sales and marketing team as the Membership and Marketing Coordinator at Early Learning Ventures. Malana grew up in Evansville, Indiana where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2017 from the University of Southern Indiana majoring in Public Relations and Advertising with a minor in Graphic Design.

Eric Reinarman
VP, Government Relations

Eric manages lobbyists in state capitals across the country to ensure they remain focused on HCAOA’s legislative priorities. He tracks key legislation at the federal, state, and local levels to keep members informed about laws and policies that could impact their businesses. Prior to joining HCAOA, Eric was Policy Counsel and Director of State and Local Government Affairs for one of the largest hotel owners associations in the country. Eric grew up in Coral Gables, Florida and graduated from American University. He is a lifelong Miami Hurricanes fan despite going to Florida State University for law school.

Kristen Wheeler
Senior Director, Membership Strategy & Industry Partnerships

Kristen is focused on strengthening the value of HCAOA membership through targeted engagement, strategic growth, and meaningful collaboration across the home care industry. She works closely with members, partners, and state chapters to ensure providers have the tools, resources, and connections they need to succeed in today’s home care landscape. Prior to joining HCAOA, Kristen served in leadership roles at both the state and national level, including Director of Private Duty Services for the Home Care Association of Florida (HCAF) and Executive Director of Private Duty Home Care for the National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC, now the National Alliance for Care at Home). She also co-owned a private duty agency in Florida and has worked in home care since 2004.

​Allison Cramer
Director of Government Relations

​Allison Cramer supports HCAOA’s state advocacy efforts to advance policies that strengthen the home care industry across the country. Before joining HCAOA, Allison directed state government affairs for the Alzheimer’s Association in Wisconsin and previously worked in the Wisconsin State Capitol and long-term care sector. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, she holds a degree in Political Science and continues to call the Madison area home.

Senior Director of Communications, Marketing, and Education

Allison Dolan develops communication, marketing, and education strategies to support HCAOA members, with a focus on elevating the association and the home care industry to the media and the public. Allison previously served as Chief Content Officer for the Educational Theatre Association, where she led a digital transformation of its content, marketing, and events. She brings 20 years of experience managing online content, publications, events, education programs, and ecommerce for media brands including Family Tree Magazine and Popular Woodworking. She has a bachelor's in journalism from Ohio University.
