Voting Opens Tomorrow for HCAOA Board of Directors

​Beginning tomorrow, Thursday, November 10, HCAOA will open elections for the Board of Directors. Voting will run through Thursday, November 24, 2022.
 
There are eight candidates running for five director positions—three corporate seats and two independent seats. 

Michael Cocarro, General Counsel for SYNERGY Home Care; Dan Drennen, SVP of Brand Administration for Visiting Angels; and Margaret Haynes, President & CEO of Right at Home, are running for three corporate seats.
 
Five individuals are running for the two independent seats: Brett Ringold, Vice President of A Long Term Companion; Milton Schopper, President of Encore Caregivers; Greg Solometo, Founder and Chairman of Alliance Homecare; Doug Wilbur, Founder and CEO of Cherished Companions Home Care; and Sara Wilson, CEO of Home Assist Health.

Voting for your HCAOA Board members is important! These volunteer leaders represent your voice in influencing the national conversation about home care, industry standards, workforce shortage solutions, affordability, and financing care.
 
Each agency/office location is eligible for one vote. The primary contact will receive the ballot via email and will have until Thursday, November 24, 2022 to vote.
