Promote Your Business Through Chapter Conference Sponsorships

Connect with HCAOA members and build relationships at one of our upcoming state chapter conferences. For 2023, state chapters have scheduled one in-person state conference to supplement their other virtual meetings throughout the year. ​This provides great opportunities for sponsors to reach a larger group of members at a full-day event, supplying more time to interact and build connections with prospective clients. 

Sponsorship of a state chapter meeting provides:

• The opportunity to introduce your company at event,
• The opportunity to introduce an event speaker,
• A tabletop exhibit booth,
• A logo in the event description on the HCAOA website, event slides and other promotional materials,
• Event ticket and meals for 1 attendee, and
• A list of event attendees.
