Participate in the 2023 HCP Benchmarking Survey Today

​The annual HCP Benchmarking Survey is now open and HCAOA encourages members to participate. As one of the home care industry’s largest annual studies, the HCP Benchmarking Survey seeks to gather data from as many home care agencies as possible to provide an accurate picture of the home care industry’s strengths, challenges, and opportunities. 

HCAOA believes strongly in the value of collecting, evaluating, and utilizing data to validate the value of home care. This survey and the HCP Benchmarking Report allow members to do just that.
 
The information gathered through this survey and presented in the HCP Benchmarking Report is used by hundreds of agencies to learn best practices, analyze their performance, and make more informed decisions. This year’s Report will also include data on home health and hospice to promote industry alignment and address whole-patient care.
