How are you legally protecting your organization and ensuring your clients pay and do it on time? All these details should be covered in your client service agreement and without a good one, trouble is just around the corner! Acclaimed speaker Bob King, attorney and founder of Legally Nanny, will share how to understand, improve and perfect your client service agreement on Tuesday, December 6, from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m., EST, at the December HCAOA webinar. Your client service agreement should be the foundation of your agency. It is the legal document that should outline: the services your agency will provide, the relationship terms, and what your compensation will be. Every home care provider should have a client service agreement to prevent misunderstandings and ensure you get paid.
If your client service agreement could use a tune up, join us on December 6 to learn what provisions all home care providers should include in their client service agreements, as well as terms that should be left out! Bring a copy of your agreement to the webinar to mark up and ask questions about. Bob King is an attorney and founder of Legally Nanny®, the leading law firm representing home care agencies, nanny agencies and family employers nationwide. He will engage with attendees and provide ample time for questions, so be sure to mark your calendar and register now! Click here to learn more and to register.

It was interesting to know that your client service agreement should outline the services your agency will deliver. My friend should know this since he started his own homecare agency. He is now in process of looking for a homecare licensing service so he can start operating as a licensed business.
