Last week, the Ohio Department of Health released the Non-Medical Home Health Services license application. View the application and instructions on how to file it here. It must be submitted by October 1, 2022.
Home care providers do not have to be approved by October 1, 2022, but the application must be submitted by that date to be in compliance. As a reminder, you need a license if you provide the following services in a person’s home in Ohio:
