New Home Care Compensation Report Available to Members for Free from Careswitch

HCAOA has partnered with Careswitch to launch the all-new Home Care Compensation Report and help members obtain free, detailed data on what other home care agencies are paying.  

The report is filterable by state and agency size and includes data points such as: 

• Caregiver wages split up by experience levels and other factors, 
• Amounts and method of compensation for each office staff role, 
• Method and level of compensation for other owners and managers. 

 
To access the free Home Care Compensation Report, members must take a 5-minute anonymous survey about compensation in your own agency.
