Learn the Latest on Home Care Licensing from IDPH Supervisor and Ask Your Questions at the Illinois Chapter Conference

Attendees at the Illinois Chapter Conference have the opportunity to hear directly from the Department of Public Health (IDPH) and have their questions answered. From licensing questions and concerns to changes in home care regulations, IDPH Home Services & Home Nursing Licensing Supervisor Rani Harms will share updates and tips to help home care providers navigate the system with ease. 

The annual conference on Monday, May 8, opens at 8:00 a.m. with registration, a continental breakfast and exhibits. The program will begin with an Illinois Chapter legislative update from Chapter leaders and the HCAOA IL lobbyist, followed by the IDPH update, info for how to grow VA program business, and a special presentation by Senator Mary Edly-Allen’s District Director Rachael Rezek. The event will round out with information on the new Home Care Workforce Crisis Report and national priorities, followed by the opportunity for attendees to “Ask Anything” of labor law attorneys Aimee Delaney and Adam Guetzow of Hinshaw & Culbertson, LLP.
