1. Peer-to-peer communication about the vaccine is key. Engage some of your best caregivers to discuss the facts and the process with other caregivers. 
2. Lead by example. Many caregivers are wary of the vaccine, so show them first-hand that it is safe. Get the vaccine yourself, or have several frontline leaders get the vaccine, and document it with pictures and a first-hand account. 
3. Our clients are next…how can we help? The focus right now is on getting all of our frontline caregivers vaccinated. As states make progress on this first phase and move into the next phase, remember that many of our clients are included next. We should be ready to educate them about the vaccine and assist in any way we can to ensure they get the shot.
