JUST ANNOUNCED: Annual Schedulers’ Symposium to Provide Practical Productivity Tips

​HCAOA is proud to announce the return of the wildly popular virtual event designed specifically for home care schedulers. The 3rd annual “Virtual Symposium: Home Care Scheduling Elevated,” will be held on Tuesday, July 25, from 2:00 – 3:30 p.m., EST.

Schedulers carry a lot of weight in the heart of home care agencies, connecting families with the right caregivers, and providing both with support and guidance. This year’s symposium will lighten the load! Two nationally-renowned speakers will help schedulers and care coordinators boost daily and agency-wide productivity, improve retention in both clients and caregivers, and increase satisfaction through consistency.
 
The dynamic symposium explores the importance of focus while managing a busy workload and how to incorporate consistency and processes to create happy clients, caregivers and an overall agency.
