Insight into President Biden’s Vaccine Mandate - What Does it Mean for Employers?

​HCAOA partner Odell Studner recently released a guide for employers to break down what is and is not yet known so far about President Biden’s vaccine mandate and the new OSHA rule. ​

Soon, employers with 100 or more employees (measured companywide, not by location) will need to enforce one of the following:

• Require employees to get vaccinated against COVID-19
• Require unvaccinated employees to produce evidence of a negative COVID-19 test each week

However, much is still unknown about the upcoming vaccine requirement until OSHA publishes the new ETS. Stay tuned for the most up-to-date information as HCAOA monitors the situation.
