HCAOA Board Member Aaron Stapleton, Founder/CEO of Trinity in Home Care and Chair of the HCAOA Ohio Chapter, has been named a Future Leader by the Aging Media editorial team. Aging Media’s Future Leaders are an annual class of leaders under 40 from across the care continuum.
“He has also worked tirelessly in his role as the HCAOA Ohio Chapter Chair to support legislation to license home care agencies,” she added. “While Aaron understood, respected, and listened to differing opinions about licensure, he recognized the importance of having standards for in-home care that would protect consumers and further the credibility of the home care industry. Aaron never strayed from the goal to one day have a license for home care agencies, which has now come to fruition.”
His company, Trinity in Home Care, has been named a Top Workplace by the Cincinnati Enquirer for the last eight years, which is reflected in the organization’s low turnover rate of just 18%. Aaron was named a 40 Under 40 Leader by the Cincinnati Business Courier in 2017, and his agency was awarded the Medical Mutual Pillar Award for Community Service in 2017 and 2018, as well as the Cincinnati Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Business Ethics in 2015.
