HCAOA and partner Careswitch have created a four-part series of informative webinars called Removing Roadblocks to Revenue. These webinars are specifically designed to help home care agencies overcome obstacles and build their businesses. The webinar series is offered to HCAOA members at no cost as a benefit of membership. The Removing Roadblocks to Revenue webinars begin on Thursday, February 2, and run every Thursday in February, from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m., EST. Members may choose to attend one webinar or all, at no cost. Registration is required.
“How to Beat the Competition on Indeed” is the first webinar on February 2. Attendees will learn ideas, strategies, and budgets that will help you attract more caregivers from Rachel Gartner, former home care recruiter and CEO of home care recruitment firm Carework and hosted by Miriam Allred of Careswitch. The second session on February 9, will tackle “All the Home Care Operations Questions You’re Too Afraid to Ask at This Point,” followed by “Hard-Earned Leadership Lessons with Three Top Home Care Leaders,” on February 16. The final session on February 23, will provide practical help on “How to Beat a Caregiver Recruitment Crisis.” Take advantage of these free webinars as a benefit of your membership!
