Since OSHA released its new rule about employers’ responsibilities for protecting workers against COVID-19, many agencies have been confused about whether this new rule applies to not only home health but home care agencies, as well. HCAOA is offering a members-only webinar on August 10 with Littler Mendelson to review the new rule and explain what agencies should be doing to comply with the rule. The webinar will also provide updates on the increasing unionization efforts in the home care industry and dive into the Biden Administration’s priorities during the first six months in office.
