They needed to be actively seeking new franchisees in the U.S. or Canada, with a minimum of 10 units as of July 31, 2023, with at least one franchise in North America. The evaluation process included 150 data points, and franchisors with the highest cumulative score were included in the Franchise 500. Congratulations to all!
