The “Removing Roadblocks to Revenue” webinar series will provide resources and education and is offered to HCAOA members for free.
The series of four webinars begin on Thursday, February 2, and run every Thursday in February, from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m., EST. Members may choose to attend one webinar or all, at no cost. Registration is required.
The first session on February 2, will discuss “How to Beat the Competition on Indeed” through ideas, strategies, and budgets that will help you attract more caregivers from Rachel Gartner, former home care recruiter and CEO of home care recruitment firm Carework and hosted by Miriam Allred of Careswitch.
The second session on February 9, will tackle “All the Home Care Operations Questions You’re Too Afraid to Ask at This Point.” Running a business brings up many questions and sometimes, the questions feel too simple to ask. Careswitch’s Jonathan Chapman led franchise education at a top-ten home care company and has answers to the questions you may hesitate to ask.
The third session on February 16, will feature “Hard-Earned Leadership Lessons with Three Top Home Care Leaders.” Learn leadership lessons from three home care leaders with very different, but equally successful careers. Attendees will hear real examples and advice from Vicki Demirouzu, Erik Madsen, and Sandi McCann, and hosted by Careswitch’s Connor Kunz.
The final session on February 23, will provide practical help on “How to Beat a Caregiver Recruitment Crisis” by HCAOA Board President and Family Resource Home Care CEO Jeff Wiberg. He will discuss how decreasing applicants and shrinking staff challenged his team to make operational and strategic changes that won back applicants, hired caregivers, and enabled growth while other agencies stalled. Hosted by Careswitch’s Connor Kunz.
