Registration is open for HCAOA’s Entrepreneur Academy, a one-year, self-paced program that teaches you how to be a successful leader in the home care industry. With a mix of online learning, weekly discussions and group coaching sessions, this course arms you with effective strategies to grow your business.
By providing insight into behavioral tendencies and human interactions, participants learn to have a deeper understanding of how they communicate and how to engage others, which is the foundation of great leaders.
The program is led by Dr. Tonya Y. Miller PT, DPT, PhD, an assistant professor in the physical therapy and MBA programs at Lebanon Valley College, and the founder of TYM Coaching. Dr. Miller has more than 25 years of experience in leadership, home care, and as a physical therapist.

I am wondering if this is something that I could offer to my Care Coordinators. I have 4 of them and they are always looking for ways to improve, especially in areas of leadership, communication and professionalism. Does this not go to HCAOA or directly to Dr Miller? Perhaps I could hire her privately for some workshops specific to my staff. Thank you!
