At age 74, Eileen has more energy and dedication than some people a quarter of her age. She has had several clients with life threatening illnesses and brought joy to her clients and their families in their last days.
 
Eileen worked with a client who suffered a TBI and was rapidly declining. It was getting more difficult for him to walk and take care of himself. He did not respond to other caregivers, but Eileen not only worked with him and had him walking again, she also helped him have a better outlook on life. An exceptional caregiver is one who puts their clients needs above their own to enhance or improve that person’s quality of life. Eileen has done that again and again with her knowledge, wisdom, compassion, courage, strength, dedication, and gracious willingness to serve others.
