Vicki goes above and beyond! One of her clients hadn’t been able to visit their spouse’s grave for 8+ years due to extenuating health reasons. Because of the client’s mobility issues, the trip took a significant amount of time and planning, and Vicki worked with the client and office to accommodate the client’s wishes. 
 
Her clients often comment on Vicki’s positive attitude, bubbly personality, big heart, and ability to be a bright light for them and their families. Not only does she  take exceptional care of her clients, she also mentors other caregivers by providing them with support and on the job training - even sharing her personal phone number to help navigating challenging clients.
