Welcome Malana Miner: HCAOA’s New Digital Communications Manager

HCAOA is excited to welcome Malana Miner to the HCAOA team as our Digital Communications Manager. In this new role, Miner will launch and manage the newest member benefit – HCAOA’s State Chapter Online Communities! She will actively moderate discussions, provide important member resources, and ensure members stay engaged and informed.

​The online communities provide a secure platform where members can connect, share insights on important industry and advocacy topics, and network with peers throughout the year.

Malana brings 7 years of experience in social media management, graphic design, and advertising. Before joining HCAOA, she managed the sales and marketing team as the Membership and Marketing Coordinator at Early Learning Ventures, where she gained numerous digital communications skills within the nonprofit sector. She grew up in Evansville, Indiana, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2017 from the University of Southern Indiana, majoring in Public Relations and Advertising with a minor in Graphic Design.
