Seeking Nominations for 2025 Board of Directors

HCAOA is seeking nominations for four (4) open Corporate seats on the 2025 Board of Directors. Interested candidates are asked to complete the candidate interest form and submit all necessary information and documents by Friday, September 6, 2024. While there are no open Independent seats in 2025, candidates from Independent member agencies interested in serving on the HCAOA Board should still submit the candidate form to be in the running for any potential mid-year openings on the Board.

“Executives with all types of backgrounds are encouraged to apply for the Board and get more involved with HCAOA,” said Nominating Committee Chair Jeff Wiberg. “We are looking for not just CEOs, but also CFOs, COOs, CMOs, etc. to apply so we can round out the expertise on the various committees, including education, research, and finance.”

A note that HCAOA Board seats follow the individual representative, not the member agency, in the event that a person takes a new role with a different organization. Voting will be done via electronic ballot by one primary contact from each member organization in September and October, and the election results will be announced during the Annual Business Meeting on October 29 at the National Home Care Conference.
