The Home Care Association of America – Illinois Chapter (HCAOA-IL) is seeking input from all Illinois Home Services Agencies regarding their experiences with IDPH regulatory surveys.

Your feedback will help us better understand common challenges, trends, and areas where additional guidance or advocacy may be needed. The survey is open to all Home Services agencies, not just HCAOA members.

Dear Illinois Home Services Provider,
The Home Care Association of America – Illinois Chapter (HCAOA-IL) is seeking input from all Illinois Home Services Agencies regarding their experiences with IDPH regulatory surveys.
Your feedback will help us better understand common challenges, trends, and areas where additional guidance or advocacy may be needed. The survey is open to all Home Services agencies, not just HCAOA members.
Survey topics include:

• Timing and frequency of recent IDPH surveys
• Common tags or citations encountered
• Areas of concern or confusion
• Suggestions for resources or support

Results will be summarized and shared publicly on the HCAOA-IL website, and a copy will also be emailed directly to any participant who requests it.
