By Brian Cavoli, host of the Home Care Agency AI Acceleration Series It's an exciting time in our industry. AI is no longer a future conversation for home care. It's happening now, inside agencies of all sizes. Across the industry, agencies are using AI to grow sales, support caregiver recruiting, streamline operations, strengthen service delivery, and reduce administrative burden. The opportunity isn't limited to one department or one type of agency. Whether you're focused on growth, staffing, care quality, or operational efficiency, AI is at the center of the conversation. The real power of AI isn't simply about doing things faster or at lower cost. It's about creating more capacity for the human work that matters most, building trust with families, developing caregivers, coordinating care, and delivering on the promise that brought us to this industry. There are plenty of places to learn about AI. In planning HCAOA’s Home Care Agency AI Acceleration Series, the association’s education committee wanted to create something different: practical conversations led by home care leaders who are already putting AI to work inside their agencies. Not theory. Not hype. Real use cases, real lessons, and honest conversation about what's working, what isn't, and what agencies at every stage of the journey can take and act on. The July 23 webinar will feature agency leaders sharing how they've approached AI strategy, which use cases they're prioritizing and why, what they've learned through implementation, and what advice they'd offer to other providers. I’m excited to host this conversation, and we'll have lots of time for your questions. Whether your agency is just beginning to explore AI or already testing tools and workflows, this session is designed to give you practical ideas you can take back to your team — and a clearer sense of where to start. This is part one of a two-part series. This first session focuses on agency leaders and their real-world experience — the people in the trenches, building strategies and seeing results. This fall, following the national conference, we'll bring together AI vendors serving the home care space for live demonstrations, direct Q&A, and a look at what's being built specifically for our industry. It's a chance to go from strategy to tools, all in one series. One ticket gets you into both sessions, plus access to all recordings and materials. Your peers have been testing, learning, adapting, and building. Join us to hear what they've learned.
