I’ve been a home health aide, certified nurses assistant in North Carolina starting since 2011 the last four years I’ve been working contracted with an agency, Legacy home healthcare and now deciding to venture off and start my own home health care agency with that I have a degree in business administration with the marketing certificate. I have a degree and IT networking, along with the all of that to say, I want to learn more about home health and I want to be a great reputable company wide or nationwide rather. I am working towards making it to the conference and I am right now. The only Cna in my agency and I plan on bringing innovation to home care my fiancé works at a state hospital the last four years I’ve been working closely with case managers and social services in regards to senior Asian in advocating for those with disabilities with all that being said, I would love to stay in contact with the Homecare association and continue to grow Home health industry. I am also a commissioner in my city as well as a stop the violence advocate. It’s going to be a pleasure to be a part of this wonderful association.
