 Effective last week, all employers operating in New Jersey are required to comply with a number of COVID-19-related mandatory health and safety standards. With the signing of Executive Order 192 (EO192), Gov. Phil Murphy consolidated a hodgepodge of requirements directed at specific industries (e.g., construction, manufacturing, retail) and guidance documents, and placed all New Jersey employers on notice, regardless of industry, that they will be required to institute and enforce COVID-19 safety protocols.

What Biden Presidency Means for Home Care  This past weekend, Former Vice President Joe Biden was declared President-Elect, signaling a new direction for the country. Within 24 hours, the Biden/Harris campaign launched its plan outlining the Administration’s four priorities as they prepare for the transition of power in January:

The Home Care Association of America, Illinois HomeCare & Hospice Council, and LeadingAge Illinois are partnering to present the Private Duty Symposium. In its 6th year, the Private Duty Symposium brings together experts and thought leaders in the home care industry to inform, inspire and enlighten attendees.
