Nominations for the Caregiver of the Year will be categorized into regions (see map). One finalist will be chosen from each of the five regions. All five finalists will receive an all-expenses paid trip to the HCAOA National Home Care Conference October 20-21, 2025 in Dallas, TX, courtesy of the Spirit of Care Sponsor Paradigm to be recognized in front of industry leaders and participate in a panel discussion about the caregiving workforce. The top winner will be announced live during the conference, and the winner will receive a $2,500 cash award. |
