Deb's ability to adapt to any situation is remarkable. We can send her anywhere without concern, knowing that she will complete her tasks with excellence and build positive relationships. Once she enters a home, it's hard to imagine dayto-day life without her. She has a unique talent for creating joyful moments, understanding her clients' needs, and ensuring they wear smiles throughout her visits and feel the warmth of her care beyond the end of her shift.

​In addition to her caregiving skills, Deb navigates her own personal challenges with grace, always demonstrating a professional demeanor. Deb's clients are never even slightly aware of any stress she may be experiencing, as she prioritizes their well-being with genuine compassion. When Deb walks into someone's home, her focus is on her client, but she also extends her care and support to everyone in the household. She has an innate ability to make everyone feel valued and assured that they can count on her. Her compassionate nature has a profound impact on the lives of those she serves, making their burdens lighter.

One client’s daughter shared this: “Deb has been an outstanding caregiver for my dad, Jack, for several years, and her support for our family has been wonderful. From the moment Deb arrives, my dad lights up with joy. Their close relationship is a testament to her kindness and genuine care. Deb takes the time to engage with him about his favorite topics: hunting and sports. She not only keeps up with these interests but also creates meaningful conversations and makes sure he does not miss a moment of ESPN action.

​Deb also knows how to ensure my dad loves his meals, ensuring he gets his favorites like Hawaiian sweet rolls, BBQ, potato salad, and plenty of pretzels and apples. Her thoughtfulness in catering to his tastes shows her dedication to his well-being and it also means that he avoids losing more weight and declining in health. While my dad's physical activity is limited, Deb encourages him to stay active by taking walks to the mailbox and around the neighborhood, ensuring he gets some exercise and a sense of accomplishment. Her commitment to his safety means he is never left alone, which brings us peace of mind. As my siblings and I rotate spending time with him, Deb's support allows us the respite we need to take care of our own lives. Her care has been especially vital during challenging times, including when my mother was on hospice care. Deb cared for both of my parents during that time and was always there for me as well. I am incredibly grateful for Deb's presence in our lives."
